Youth Empowerment Skills Zambia (YES-ZAMBIA) was founded on September 13, 2019, with a clear vision: to empower Zambian youth through education, skills training, and community development. Registered as a Non-Governmental Organization under Act No. 10 of 2017, we are committed to creating lasting positive change in communities across Zambia.

Since our inception, we have reached over 2,500 young people across all ten provinces of Zambia, providing educational support, vocational training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our programs are designed to address the real needs of communities while equipping youth with the skills and confidence to build successful futures.

We believe that every young person, regardless of their background, deserves access to quality education and opportunities to develop their full potential. Through partnerships with local communities, government institutions, and international organizations, we are working to make this vision a reality across Zambia.
