Organizational Objectives
Youth Empowerment
To empower Zambian youth through comprehensive education support, skills development programs, and mentorship initiatives that enable them to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
Skills Training & Employment
To provide vocational and technical skills training in areas including technology, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and trades to enhance employability and economic self-sufficiency among Zambian youth.
Community Development
To strengthen communities through health awareness programs, environmental conservation initiatives, social cohesion activities, and sustainable development projects that create lasting positive change.
Education Access & Quality
To ensure equitable access to quality education for all children and youth, regardless of socio-economic background, through scholarships, learning materials provision, and infrastructure support to educational institutions.
Leadership Development
To cultivate ethical leadership qualities, civic responsibility, and active citizenship among youth through training programs, workshops, and practical community engagement opportunities.

Areas of Operation
YES-ZAMBIA operates across all ten provinces of the Republic of Zambia:
Primary operations are concentrated in Lusaka Province with expanding outreach to rural and peri-urban areas nationwide.
Governance & Accountability
Board of Directors
YES-ZAMBIA is governed by a qualified and experienced Board of Directors responsible for strategic direction, policy formulation, and oversight of organizational operations. The Board ensures compliance with applicable laws and maintains the highest standards of organizational integrity.
Management Structure
Day-to-day operations are managed by a professional team with expertise in youth development, education, community development, finance, and administration. Clear lines of accountability ensure effective program delivery and organizational efficiency.
Financial Management
We maintain robust financial management systems with regular audits conducted by independent certified auditors. Annual financial reports are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and made available to stakeholders upon request.
Reporting & Documentation
YES-ZAMBIA submits required reports to the NGO Registration Board and other relevant government authorities in compliance with the NGO Act No. 10 of 2017. Regular program reports document activities, outcomes, and impact of our interventions.

Zero Tolerance Policy
